My wife and I are planning to have a baby. But my wife is having a hard time to conceive. Maybe because we are overweight.

Her doctor advised her to lose some weight. She wants to take some best fat burners, but I told her to avoid some pills or diet pills. I want to lose weight using the right method like diet and exercise.

Hopefully, by the end of the year she’ll be pregnant.
