Typhoon Ondoy

I’m still in shock. I can’t believe it. Maybe you are wondering why? We are one of the affected in the recent typhoon, Ondoy.

We were staying in my parents-in-law last Saturday and all of a sudden my father-in-law woke us up because their cars were already in water. We never imagine that the water will rise. At first it was over stainless steel drums, then it became higher and higher. Though we act fast, the water became higher than un. We need to stay in the 2nd floor. We were all nervous that time. We though it will be our end. But thank God we survived.

Now, we are still busy cleaning our house. Too bad for our car, it was soaked and hopefully not destroyed.
