It’s really nothing new when we hear and see artificial innovations nowadays. Our world is obviously involved under energy crisis.Apparently, Nathan Lewis and Sossina Haile are working to invent this new innovation to produce a new kind of fuel that uses the sun to power the planet. They are making this artificial leaf that emulates artificial leaf’s natural photosynthesis. Using this artificial leaf, water and sunlight, it strips H2 out of H2O so that they can make hydrogen fuel.
“A practical artificial leaf has been one of the Holy Grails of science for decades,” says Daniel Nocera, Ph.D., the research team leader. He also added that “Our goal is to make each home its own power station,”.
Now we know that can’t just make african mango extract out of its leaves but we can probably produce hydrogen fuel out of it.
