Other than the iOS 5 announcement today, Tim Cook also uncovered another history with this new device from Apple, the iPhone 4S. The iPhone 4s might just look very similar to its iPhone 4 sibling but it promises much ‘more’ feature than its predecessor.
Apple 4S sports a dual-core A5 CPU along with a dual-core GPU that promises to boost graphics performance by up to 7x. This also renders “Airplay”, a feature wherein a user can connect the phone to a TV”, functional as the new dual core GPU can now handle it. The same Retina display can be found up front and its revamped antenna looks pretty neat.
One major thing that 4S interests me is its rear camera. iPhotographers should now have a reason to get a hold of yet another iPhone device. The revamped rear camera features a better White balance, an F2.4 Lens aperture, Hybrid IR filter for better colors and its capable of capturing 1080p video with real-time video image stabilization.
SIRI voice assistant was also announced to be present on 4s. Its a feature where you can do tasks on your phone by talking to it. Sounds kinda creepy though but yeah, it now exists. SIRI assistant can be your talking search engine, weather adviser, sms reader and more.
Big fanboy question now is, If iPhone 4 and 4S look like twins, how will people be jealous of your new one? lol
