The app that was supposedly announced on the Apple 4s launching day has finally made a debut in iTunes store today.
One of the much anticipated app for iOS users, the official Facebook app for iPad, promises a bunch of features that the desktop/browser version has to offer. The iPad version includes features such as notifications, chat, search, status updates and messages. One greatest addition to the Facebook for iPad version is the ability to play Facebook games in full-screen mode.
Former Facebook engineer Jeff Verkoeyen, who now works for Google, once said that the Facebook for iPad app has been readily available for months. But its ever changing ‘official lauching’ delays made him decide to leave Facebook for Google.
